Cancellation Policy

General Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail or booking platform message).

Fees

• Up to 14 days before arrival: 30% of the total rental price will be charged.
• From 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 50% of the total rental price will be charged.
• If the accommodation can be successfully re-rented, cancellation fees will be waived, minus an administrative handling fee.

Pricing Basis

The nightly rate is €200. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the booked duration and the total rental price.

Exceptions

In case of force majeure (natural disasters, official travel restrictions, etc.), cancellations may be handled individually in agreement with the host.
